Founded 1922 by two shareholders Anders Ygberg and Leopold Lindeberg at Ramvik (NW of
Hernosand).
Started their produktion with Ferro-Concrete barge for the Mills in north of Sweden.
Under 1929 the build a sailboat named
YG, she was later renamed TANGA and is described in Stockholms Segelsallskaps
yearbook of 1930.
1944 a motorboat which today only
small remains still can be seen where she sunk in the south bay of Harnosand, Sweden.
Also in 1944 a Floating dock for Jarfed
M.V., Ornskoldsvik, Sweden.
In the Swedish "Teknisk Tidskrift" (Technical Magazine) from 19/3 1927 to 17/3 1934
is noted that the yard had build:

The production of Ferro-Concrete barge and ship was laid down in the end of 1950.
