Nov. 1940: Departured Halifax for Glasgow. 8/11 1940: Hit by two bombs from a German airplane, and the ship was in fire. Ship abandoned. 6 of her crew was killed. 9/11 1940: The burning wreck was sunk by the Italian submarine MARCONI at Pos. 55.41N/18.24W) |
