ISLAS MALVINAS was a unusual tankship, it had a passengerequipment for 60 persons divided on one part amidship for 20 persons and one for 40 persons on poop deck. The passengercabins was in first hand to be used of the Argentinian Governments employee on voyage between different harbours. Besides, the ship was fitted with reinforcment in deck for anti aircraft artillery.
ISLAS MALVINAS was laid up at Santa Fe, 22 september 1979 and scrapped at Campana same year.
