18/10 1940: Torpederad och sänkt av den Tyska u-båten U-46 nord vest om Irland i pos. 57.22 N, 11.11 V. Hon gick i konvoj SC.7 från Sydney, Nova Scotia till Ridham Dock med las av pappersved. Besättningen räddades av ett Brittiskt Marinfartyg och landsattes i Skottland.

18/10 1940: Torpedoed and sunk by the German submarine U-46 N.W off Ireland in pos. 57.22 N, 11.11 V. She was sailing in convoy SC.7 from Sydney, Nova Scotia to Ridham Dock with a cargo of pulpwood. The crew was rescued by a Royal Naval vessel and landed in Scotland.
